Sometimes, I just like picking the brains of people who have different spiritual beliefs than I and getting to know more about what they think, how their faith works, and why they came to their current conclusions in life. So, today’s episode is a conversation with former Lutheran, current Catholic and good friend of mine, Jon Schweppe. I never expect any human to have all the answers and I’m never on the attack in these chats, it’s just a civil fact finding conversation that, I think we need more of in the world. So, if you disagree on points, or you think either or both of us is wrong, that’s totally fine. You’re a human, so you’re probably wrong too. Let’s get weird.

Interesting podcast. Perhaps Jon’s dad would be willing to speak on one of your podcasts. I think he might offer a slightly viewpoint especially on Holy Communion, Mary, etc. He might even offer how his conservative Catholic son back in his high school days persuaded him to become more liberal in his religious and political viewpoints. Just a thought.

I’m cool with that. I have not done a podcast like you and Jon have, so you’d be dealing with a newbie. I know it’s suppose to be conversational in style, but I’d need the questions/ outline so that I can prepare to sound not dumb.
